Estimated Shipping: We charge a flat rate for shipping based on our average shipping cost.  The minimum shipping charge is $8.95.  We typically ship by Fedex and provide normal ground delivery.  Other carriers may be used depending on destination.  Express shipping is available except on special order items.  Shipping rates are estimated and DO NOT APPLY to oversized or overweight items.  Please contact us in advance for a quote on express shipping or when ordering items over 24" in length.  We will ship to all 50 states and US territories.  Sorry, no international shipments.

Local Pickup:  By selecting 'Local Pickup" as a shipment method, you agree to pick up your order at our facility in Duluth GA.  All local pickup orders must be prepaid.

All returns must be received within 30 days.  A 20% restocking fee will be applied to all returns.  No returns on electrical parts, special order parts, or previously installed parts.  All parts must be in their original package and all part number labels and bar codes must be legible.  No refunds without original invoice.

We take fraud seriously. It is a crime to purchase products using a false or stolen credit card, or false or stolen credit card numbers. Further, it is a crime to misuse the charge back process to obtain a refund for goods that you obtained fraudulently. Whether you are the victim, or the perpetrator of fraud, be assured that we will actively pursue and prosecute fraud offenders to the fullest extent of the law. We submit all fraudulent orders, as well as the IP address used to perpetrate the fraud, to the United States Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) and the United States Secret Service for prosecution to the fullest extent of the law. In addition, we will work with cardholders, credit card companies, and local authorities to pursue fraud offenders.

Fraud offenders not only take advantage of online merchants and consumers, but they also abuse the system the Internet community relies on for its normal operation. This abuse will continue the trend of merchants either refusing to sell products to those with free email services, mail drops, or different ship-to addresses, or completely refusing to sell their products online.
